My application was filed October 5, 2020 and not October 8, 2020. I think we can assume all BOWP up to October 5, 2020 have been approved.

Processing time went back up to 118 days, which doesn't really make sense considering I see people here getting theirs approval in less than 90 days.

Where are you looking at? I still can see 112 days and last updated on 15th Dec
I wrote a script that checks the processing times every 5 minutes and emails me when it changes.

Try incognito or hard refresh, it might have cached your results.

Processing time is just an estimate of the longest time it may take to process an application. My application for BOWP took 76 days.

Same with PR application, even though the processing time ranges from 6 months to 9 months with the pandemic. There is still a number of applicants that will receive their PR's in 3-4 months after receiving their AOR.

My WP expires in one month. Applied for EE under CEC.
so far only received PR Confirmation Portal email from ircc asking for details email and etc etc.
AOR received
Medicals and Biometrics cleared.

Do i need to apply for BOWP? The timelines are very long for work permits and i dont know how long it will take now for COPR. Please guide me what should i do further.

Received my BOPW via mail yesterday, not sure if I should go ahead and apply for TRV (Temporary resident visa) and renew sin or wait for PR application status as I am in the last stage and I received the new PR portal email a few weeks back.
Congratulations... could you please share all your dates?
