did anybody with below conditions received PPR?

I don’t think so GCMS creates Ghost update may be your file is moving now. So you are non GSS category?
i saw the same Ghost update in my profile about a week ago and some one said this is a good sign that it means officer has started working on your file, i didn't believe them then but a week later i received proper update on my case. You can read about it in the thread in my signature.
overall, i would its a good sign
I received my approval for WP today evening. Surprisingly it came on a Sunday evening. My timeline is

I am a little confused. Today evening I received correspondence about the approval of my work permit. In the letter, it is written that I need to present the letter to the Border officer at the port of entry who will issue me a work permit. This approval letter also says that they have approved a temporary resident visa. However, I have not received any correspondence about the passport request. On the other hand, my minor kids have received a letter asking for a passport to stamp a visa.
