I submitted 2 webforms and its been around 30-40 days but still I have not received any response. I called CIC and they say we cannot see anything here. What is this about ? What do i do to ensure webform reaches them. Its really hard to get them !

It seems the email is not processed by the Visa Office. Sending something from Webform or email has to be processed by the visa office to appear in your file.

I received my notes this morning. Criminality/medical passed, eligibility/security not started but they've been assigned to someone. They have a "due date" of Feb 10/21. My mum is in a covid-free country so perhaps she's better off there for now, rather than being locked in a house with us in AB.

Did you get a consent form signed by your mother to apply for CAIPS? I applied and they asked for parents' consent form.

Hello Everyone,
Seeking inputs from fellow members

My parents have active sponsorship application dated June-25-2019 and AOR Sep-10-2020. No update beyond this
My parents arrived in Canada in Dec 2019 on visitor visa to return within 6 months but due to Covid, all flights were cancelled and we applied for visitor visa extension in May 2020.
No update on visitor extension request until Dec-02-2020 when we received request for Medical Tests for which 90 days given (i.e. upto March-02-2021)
Today on Dec-09-2020, we recvd status update on visitor visa extension application as approved "Visitor Record" and expiry date for same is Mar-02-2021

Since visitor record expiry date is same as last date to do medical test, I dont know if this means that application will be further processed when medical results are received or my parents have to leave by March-02-2021?

Yes, u have to apply again for extension, and complete Medical of course which is due for first extension..

Did u specify any time frame for extension, because in my case we got it for a year with case approved update followed by medical request given 90 days for it. And after case approved we received visitor record paper in mail in 10 days.

But others have been able to get response of their webforms from the the same VO : CPC-M. What can I do so that I can reach out to them ? I tried calling IRCC and they say webform is the only way. It is a deadlock here.

There's really not a correct answer. I would say send another one and keep sending until you hear back.

I have been a silent member.
My parents application date is 21may 2019. Medicals done in early 2020. PCC done too. Everything is silent since then. London Visa office. Feeling worried as medicals expiry is soon. Have contacted MP but they only got back with details I already knew. Dont know what else can be done

Apply for GCMS notes since its too long after the medical. Things are super slow though due to COVID.

This is because of virtual landing process. Have you got passports back, with or without COPR

I received a similar message on 8th December, passports for my parents reached on 25th November. No progress since then.

@YULIA-2016 @Robert.Wilton Can we add a column in the spreadsheet for the time difference between 'Pre-arrival service letter Date' (column T) and 'Decision Made for PA' (column W)? Skimming through these differences shows the range is all over the place. It would help users estimate when a Decision Made may be received after receiving the pre-arrival service letter. Thanks!

i think that may be a good idea but the challenge is not every LVO issues pre-arrival service letters
