I also received the same message last week and when I went in my gckey account it shows that they are finally reviewing my criminal records which I sent to them in July. I felt good and bad at the same time. Good because at least there is some movement in my file. Bad because I thought they would have already reviewed those criminal records and I find out that only now they are opening a document I sent several months back.

Firstly, I hope that my friend "HARKI" is getting well, during this critical period, to achieve his aims.
Then, the awareness of the process events is extremely important to avoid the anxiety feeling. So, you should know that the process checking of the criminal records is divided in tow majors tasks, the criminality and the security. The criminality concerned the documents update requested by IRCC. The accomplishments of this verification was officially admitted by the pre-arrival letter(LSAA : lettre des services avant arrivée, with french language). The security, in general is the last task of the verification process of criminality. This part concerned the travels made by the applicants. Indeed, when you will get you E-Brune, I hope that urgently, you will found that the end of the checking task of criminality has the same date with the pre-arrival letter. Another important thing, you should know that the checking process can be finished and the IRCC can't or don't like to make a final decision because it is prevented by many circumstances.

First of all, and as always, I hope that my friend "HARKI" is getting well. Just a pretty advise my friend "HARKI", you should struggle a lot to get your goals.

Then, to understand this shabby process we should get a clear idea about some statics. Indeed, untill septembre 2020 IRCC has made,officially,9110 decisions. The official decision number of October hasn't disclosed yet. So,The goal of IRCC during this pandemic year is to deliver a number of décisions between 12 800 and 15 000. To achieve this aims I think CIC is going to make a great endeavor. Be optimism! We hope that the quota will be achieved with the maximal goal(1500).

I applied in december 2019 but did not get the official XEP yet but got it a long time ago using the webform, i recently gave biometrics for my WP renewal and my lawyer said they are trying to send the biometrics using the XEP through the web form. Not sure if they will consider it or will have to wait for the AOR

I did mine two days after they requested it and in my case it took about 7-8 days for the clinic to process medical and send the report to cic

I awe you guys an explanation, I'd like you to know that I am the one this guy @Archi hassen is targeting, might as well stop wondering . I took a screen shot of one of his posts wherein he called himself "an elite French speaker" - not even remotely true- and reposted it on the French speaking forum to illustrate his tendency to create controversies and empty debates. Beyond his bold and unfounded claims, He is convinced he, somehow, is the target of conspiracy and that I am spying on him (schizophrenia), hence the name calling and the childish insults.
He mesures his value by the number of likes he gives and gets. He's just another morron, a "troll who lives in his mom's basement" and should be treated as such, if given too much attention he'll poison this thread just like he did the French one.
Word to wise, you guys should ignore him.
