changed the status of PA side has changed from In Process to Application Received. Can somebody provide me some insight? Though DM on Sponsor side was DM for about a 10 days now, haven't received any mail by post or otherwise yet.

your application has probably been transferred to another visa office for processing the rest of the application. This is confirmation, the LVO has received your application but hasn't started processing it. You should receive correspondence from the LVO on next steps.

Parents have landed on visitor visa in Canada on 9th Nov and send a webform to inform CIC of the change of address to one in Canada, will this effect the LVO back to Canadian VO?

no it wont impact which VO its transferred to even if your parents are in canada

Application submission date or something else as my application reach date is 14 June, so I was expecting that date but it shows 28 Nov which confused me

I'm not sure why that is. Does it say what Nov 28th refers to? Perhaps you can share a screenshot, that might make it easier to understand.

Normally date received is a date your application has reached Ottawa. And date submitted is when file has been assigned to a case officer.

Mine was submitted in mid-May and is having almost identical timeline, processed by CPC-M.

Mine is basically the same timeline as well except CPCM. Would you mind also sharing whether your parents are in Canada or not? Mine is outside of Canada.

This is the date you linked your application to CIC account

I just received the following request, PCC, Government Service, Passport renewal copy even though all of this has been submitted to CIC 5 months ago. I will resubmit.

My application was in process since Jan 23. Still stuck with social checks. Reached out to MP but not able to help.

Anyone here on the same boat? Application date received Jun 14 2019.

decision made for Sponsorship or PR?
Sponsorship means you are qualified and the next steps will be medical and police clearance
PR decision made means your parents requested to submit their passport.

yes we got decision made on PR APPLICATION.
but we havent received a letter for passport submission.
I wonder if they change a process in COVID ?
