I had applied for my parents last year. They are in NDVO region. Here is the snapshot of the latest information. Is there anyone else whose application has been this delayed. Not sure where/why the delay is and what the next steps are:
Mine is basically the same timeline as well except CPCM. Would you mind also sharing whether your parents are in Canada or not? Mine is outside of Canada.
Just called IRCC call centre, agent said that he can see that passports were requested but he cannot see that they were received by Ottawa-CPC.
So according to him it’s either they are not processed yet (I sent them 2 weeks ago) or they were not received at all. He couldn’t check any other information because the file is in Beirut.
How much time does IRCC take to update address via webform ?
Its been 10 days and they said they have not received the webform yet so the agent updated it manually over the call.
Is this normal or should I raise the webform again ?

Sending tracker shows that package is delivered on oct 28 to recipient delivery partner (no signature)

you may try to follow up with CIC using webform and attach the delivery confirmation to your webform. I would say that for some users, it was a quick process but for others, it took over a month.
