FYI, I called IRCC yesterday and the call Centre agent was very nice and she asked a CEC Program Officer why we are not getting a call. As per the CEC program officer, SC should be calling people who have dependents outside Canada. Don't know why SC is not calling us then!
They are just making their own rules and priorities.
I called Service Canada to ask why I am not receiving a all for biometrics? Is it because my spouse is outside Canada and the SC call center person just hung up on me. How rude!
