If you are inside Canada but have a spouse who is Outland. Please share your timeline and share if you have received a call from Service Canada or not? Thank you.

Eligibility - Passed
Security - Passed
Criminality - PENDING (Waiting to give Biometric for both myself in Canada and spouse in India

FYI, I called IRCC yesterday and the call Centre agent was very nice and she asked a CEC Program Officer why we are not getting a call. As per the CEC program officer, SC should be calling people who have dependents outside Canada. Don't know why SC is not calling us then!

They are just making their own rules and priorities.

I called Service Canada to ask why I am not receiving a all for biometrics? Is it because my spouse is outside Canada and the SC call center person just hung up on me. How rude!

They cannot delay our process because our dependents are outside Canada. So frustrating.

Oh, ok. My spouse is in India too but we received BIL together in April.
