Does your spouse stayed with you in Canada? If yes then, does your spouse stayed more than 6 months with you in Canada? If yes, then IRCC asked you for Canada PCC after submitting your PR application?
My husband is the applicant done biometrics
Me as wife done biometrics
But our dependent not yet done biometrics outland

Is there any couple, where primary applicant staying in Canada and spouse is outland- successfully completed PR process, and got COPR's?
I heard that IRCC is putting such applications on HOLD. Is it true?
