Yay! July applicants are getting AORs. Anyone from August has their application returned?

There is one applicant in Aug 11, returned due to Academic IELTS.

Nice. So I had to send two application one at the end of July and then resend one around 15th August. So soon I should be expecting one of them back that means the other is accepted.

Do we know who normally sends it back ? Is it from N.S ? or say local visa office(Ex: Montreal, Toronto, Halifax and so on..)
Also, who issues AOR? N.S ? or local visa offices.

I am not sure but it make sense for NS to send it back. Because it looks like it's kinda sorting facility.

I have seen people get AOR at 10 pm EST also

Yeah. This guy @bestofluck and I were also waiting for our PPR at the same time 3 years ago. And now we are back again waiting for the citizenship.

A good chunk of May and June months are yet to get AORs. We, July month might have to wait for a bit before we get AOR. But you never know with CIC, they can always surprise.
