Recieved our pre-arrival letter 16 months later too. So they are going as per some schedule at least. For now, I believe they will stick by their 25 month deadline.
Are you saying for them to just send an AOR, it takes a year??
As far as I know, according to this forum, noone got AOR since July 2019!!

Hey where u can see u got pre arrival letter ? U can see in ECAS?
No you get an email from
[email protected] saying that they sent you a message in the application portal and you will see that message with letter attached after logging into your IRCC account.

I have the same here , i didn't give up.
I sent to same IRCC agent using her number agent number today(there will be IRCC agent number field when you submit form) , and put all data inside IMM0008 in this request
She should reply by next Monday , let's see . Cheers

Still nothing. When I contact them, they tell me that my file's "finished" I just need to wait to get to the "landing" stage. I applied in July 2018. All of my information's in my signature.

More than a year, counting this october July 2019 applicants are waiting for AOR since 1 year and 3 months
