No they only allow people inside with appointment they do not give any appointments, u must be having email address in that letter that is sent to u so email them they'll reply realy quickly

Congrats, it means people can get Pre-Arrival and PPR at the same time.

Family did try via phone and I did try by e mail and they picked up phone and asked my son number of applicant then they also gave the reference of e mail and surung phone call they sent appointment letter after 9 days.
