My guess is pak applicants security check is done through USA intelligence agency, may be that’s why peoples getting late ?

You meant the wife’s passport is expired right? The wife could go to Embassy of Canada in Pakistan get her passport and get Canadian passports for her two kids. She has to sponsor her husband to Canada.

Thanksbfor ur prompt response, can she sponsor from Pakistan or she firstly have to return to Canada and after 8-12 months she can sponsor?

No

If your wife is Citizen she could start sponsorship process from Pakistan. She just would need proof of income from Canada Revenue Agency . Notice of Assessment or Proof of income statement (option ‘C’ print) . It could be income from employment for a organization/Incorporation/ Limited Company, self employment income, and or investment income from business, dividends and other types of income. The point is that the wife has to show she could support the husband during the sponsorship process. Once the husband gets permanent resident the husband could start work too. Let me know if you need to know anything else I would try to help to the best of my abilities.

No, she has only some money support from his siblings from Canada and also its not regular, she have been living here since 2010, how she can sponsor now, pls inform
