January 2019 onwards Paper Based PR Applicants waiting for AOR/MR/PPR

You have to ask OINP a letter to support the renewal of your permit.

Then you apply like closed WP attaching the letter. You apply online and at the end the system asks you to pay fees

I already have that letter.
They gave me at the time of my PNP.

interesting, many of us got PAL before MR. Not sure why your MR comes before PAL.

I did not get MR, AOR July 30th, but got the PAL

Did you get GCMS note to see where your file is ? They might have transferred to some other office probably Ottawa.

How do you know that his file is in Ottawa??
