If yes then by how many months will add on ?

I have somewhat same scenario.
WP is expiring in October 2020 ending and my PR completion date is in NOV 2020.
I am restricted to the employer.
Do the employer has to pay the fees for my WP extension or I can do it by myself??? I don’t know that.

OINP- international student stream job offer.
Please respond.

You have to ask OINP a letter to support the renewal of your permit.

Then you apply like closed WP attaching the letter. You apply online and at the end the system asks you to pay fees
