In my case, it is a reconsideration. I applied in Oct,2019, and got refused in Jan,2020. I requested for reconsideration in Jan,2020. It took 8 months for them to reconsider my application.

It doesn't work that way. As long as you registered 3 courses (9 credits) in each semester, you're fine. Even if you failed any course, the grade of the failed course should still show up on the transcripts unless you dropped the course during the semester. Hope this helps.

The course i failed is still mentioned on my transcript but my college didnt mention its credits and because of that it shows 8credits in that particular semester. What shall I do now? Any suggestions?

PGWP just approved. I applied the 7th february with no biometrics.
