I called them but cannot go beyond the machine .
there is no option to talk to the operator .

So when you put your application details in it will give you basic details but the last option is that if you want to talk with the agent hold on the line and that's what you need to do old times are about 30 to 45 minutes so plan it ahead thanks

I am principal applicant and my wife is dependent on permanent resident file. We have received our passport along with COPR.

Due to recent outbreak COVID-19 we can not travel anywhere. Can we book an appointment for Landing interview? What will be our next step? Please find attached COPR copies for me and my spouse. Kindly let me know if you need any other information.

My mother received her COPR on February 28th... my understanding was that she can land in Canada as she is exempt from travel restrictions.
My question is "does she need to have an essential purpose" to land in mid-June?

My application status for PR application is still "application received" , whereas for the other candidates this status is "in progress". Can someone please advise, what should i do next ?

Due to Covid situation no. As my file got tranfeered to Delhi office and India is locked down until May end so they are not working.

Seems yes , as my PA status is still application received bit not in process , where as applicants who applied later has in process status (as per excel sheet)
