Please I have an issue with my spousal sponsorship. They said a letter has been sent out to me on February 11, 2020. I have not received the letter as I have issues with the address, now I have linked my account online. Meanwhile on February 12, 2020, sponsor's eligibility was approved. What can be the cost content of that letter please? How do I get a copy of it?

Please what letter did you get before you went for your biometric? Also, how did you go about your biometric? I'm just a novice to this please. Your kind answer will be highly appreciated.

So its probably biometrics instruction letter. Before u linked ur account online, who receives correspondence from IRCC? Like ur acknowledgement of receipt letter

It's my wife (Sponsor) who resides in Canada that received 1. Acknowledgement of receipt 2. Sponsor's eligibility approval and also that the application has been sent to visa office accra

The Lagos address that I used, I dont have access to it... only that the address is what is on my bank statements.. I didn't know that I will ever receive correspondent at that address in Lagos.. I though the Sponsor will receive all correspondents

Since the letter was sent b4 u linked ur application online, it's most likely they sent it to ur wife. She shld check her inbox and spam folders.

She actually get paper mail before I linked the account as the PA. So she scan and send me the documents she has gotten so far. And after they have went the application to accra, she is not receiving any mail un her letter box again

The information that a letter has been sent out to me in February 11, 2020 was clearly directed to the PA which is me

Did u get to know about the letter after u linked ur application online? The letter definitely has to be biometric instruction letter. It comes like a day after sponsor approval and before even ur application is moved to ur visa office. Didnt ur wife include her email in the application?

She included her email. But was only getting paper mail since we started this process. But let me ask you 2 questions please. 1. Do the Sponsor get notified about the biometric instruction for the Principal Applicant? 2. How did you get your own biometric instruction letter? Did you get it in Nigeria or did your Sponsor get it in Canada? 3. Whatever the situation, how did you go about your biometrics? How much did you pay and where did you go to get it done? Did you book any appointment? Thank you for being so helpful
