Hi, If IRCC is still working on our application then why is it taking so long to go from "Application Received" to "In Process" in application status portal? Or is it normal to take 3 weeks?

I think it is normal, I have received AOR on 28th Feb still waiting for processing status

Unfortunately, still nothing I am unsure why I am unable to see anything. Is anyone else having the same issue?

Did anyone check their online status? my home address is showing the correct one in saskatoon, but my mailing address is showing as Toronto. Does anyone have the same?

it comes from your application form. I am certain that you put different addresses in the form and that’s why you are seeing it like that.

Not necessarily, I double checked the application I sent (scanned everything before putting in the envelope) and I did put my new address as my home and mailing addresses. For some reason they didn't update the mailing address and showed my old address when I applied for PR.

I changed it online but now the mailing address option is gone. Hopefully it will be updated soon.

HOw can we check online status of citizenship application. I mailed my package on 31 January and it was delivered on 4th feb. I haven't received an AOR yet?

You can only check after you get your AOR. Per the ircc website they seem to be only working on critical issues now. See below..

Domestic IRCC operations are reduced to critical services. We have cancelled all citizenship ceremonies, tests and retests, as well as all in-person permanent resident landing appointments and refugee claimant appointments. We are looking into alternative means to provide permanent resident landing services, including possibly by telephone. Clients will be contacted directly to reschedule their appointment.

We are also suspending non-essential settlement services and biometrics collection services at 58 Service Canada locations.

I contacted Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada using IRCC Web form and they replayed to me. They are processing the applications received before January 14, 2020.
