Since there’s no way to really know I’m going to choose to assume that someone accessed your file recently and you’ll be getting an oath invite soon. Fingers crossed!

Ok so I'm going to be THAT one. Do you think oath ceremonies will be cancelled due to COVID-19? Mine is on March 24 in Calgary and the situation is rapidly deteriorating: universities (where I work) cancelling classes, daycares considering closure, meetings and events cancelled left and right. I would be very sad if it was cancelled. I'm also travelling overseas in June so that would impact it if my ceremony was pushed way back.

I agree. FFS. Safety first, sure, but they’re going to use this as an excuse to take their time with rescheduling, even if it’s past 12 months, while random people get next day oaths.

wow, i am soooooo lucky to have my oath ceremony done today!
Got my citizenship certificate and the journey ended!

So, now what will happen to those people who are waiting for the oath ceremony? It will be delayed again as they will prioritoze those people who already have their schedule and it got cancelled. I am expecting my citizenship oath next year in 2021 lol
