Then you can apply for your spouse through OWP. Your children can arrive at the border since they are US citizens. You should ask if they can extend their status to coincide with your work permit expiry. If your spouse has a TRV they can try to enter Canada.

Yes i did google and went on the website. Do I need to send the copy of my work visa bec apparently he does not have a LMIA. Im a little bit of confused if he still needs LMIA. Our consultant said that I need to enter canada first then file for my spouse OWP. I was hoping that we can file it now so we could go all together with the kids.
