On a work permit, can my spouse and kids also travel with me

I believe they should be able to travel on a TRV, which will typically have the same end date as your TRV

Then you can apply for your spouse through OWP. Your children can arrive at the border since they are US citizens. You should ask if they can extend their status to coincide with your work permit expiry. If your spouse has a TRV they can try to enter Canada.

Do i need to apply my children for study permit? I really want to apply my spouse for OWP but i dont know how. Do u have a link or list of requirements so we could start his application. Thank you very much in taking time answering my queries. Great help

Did you attempt to google? That’s all I did. No your children will not need study permits for elementary or high school.

Yes i did google and went on the website. Do I need to send the copy of my work visa bec apparently he does not have a LMIA. Im a little bit of confused if he still needs LMIA. Our consultant said that I need to enter canada first then file for my spouse OWP. I was hoping that we can file it now so we could go all together with the kids.

Yes you can apply before coming to Canada. Just follow the application and instructions.
