If I have employer specific work permit,

1. Can I take my spouse and kids along with me? If Yes then on what visa, If No then when can they enter Canada?
2. Can my spouse work there?
3. Can my kids start studying?

Spouse can apply for spouse open work permit. And kids, depending on age, can apply for a study or visitor visa. Yes they can study when in Canada.

1. Yes, they can travel with you with TRV
2. Spouse would need OWP if they would like to work, else just get the visitor record
3. Kids in primary and secondary school can study without study permit if they are accompanying parents on WP

You can show, but it's really not required. Since they are accompanying as dependents for the WP holder, they would be treated as visitor
