Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2019

I have received my sponsorship approval letter since 10th January, and my application was sent to New Delhi office, just wondering when I willbe receivingmedical or bio request for my parents.

I think NDVO is severely understaffed.
The reason I say so is because when I submitted web-form, the website said that I would receive a reply in 28 working days.

They should probably change website message "If you are lucky, you will receive a reply in 28 working days" . I submitted web form in November and have not heard anything.

BTW what is your BG check status in MYCIC ? Mine just got updated medical pass but no changes to BG check field.

yay! I checked ECAS after reading this and it's the same update for me. the sponsorship application tells us that We started processing your application on January 28, 2020.

it is weird that i don't see any updates on the My CIC account page.

is your Ecas update to Decision made ? when ?
Did you get Bio request? when?

you can not see case status of your application in myCIC.
myCIC is for PR application : you will get Bio / Medical request and other details. Medical result etc...

For SA and PR application case status and In process dated / DM status you have to check Ecas.

good to know. after getting the AOR on 26th Oct 2019, this is the first update i saw on the application. no other requests for biometric or anything else. btw, My CIC already shows a biometric number which is weird. this biometric is from my mother's tourist visa application in April 2019. something tells me they might re-use this biometric.

Hello everyone
My ECAS status changed on Jan 25 to in process and on Jan 27 they sent me an email that we have received your inquiry, thank you for your patience and for further information follow the link and the link is about how to apply for sponsorship.
I didn’t send any inquiry and the email doesn’t say anything like my application is approved or declined. ECAS is still showing IN PROCESS. Do anyone have any idea what’s going on? I am calling CIC in a bit but your advice would be appreciated.

under Ecas for Sponsorship Application click "Decision Made" and read "We started processing your application on ......." . Ecas show your your In process date.
Example Ecas status

So for country specific forms, I should use spouse forms? Or contact CIC. It seems everyone is receiving the same message. Trying to steal brains from all of you who have already done this. Thanks in advance,

I was requested additional documents like birth certificate, parents marriage certificate etc in November. Today I see an update in my account that “we are reviewing your documents”
My question is - “How much time they take to review documents “, what timeline shall I expect For decisions on PA application.
Please suggest

I just checked my ECAS status today and my SA is DM and PR is in process.

When I clicked on PR in process, it says we send you the medical request on Nov 25th, 2019 but I haven't received any request till date? Has this happened with anyone else?

check your myCIC to get Medical request. already 1 month passed you have 30 days to do medical. please contact CIC call center and report that you not received medial uet.
