I received the ITA yesterday and have been filling online forms till now,
I've got a question, When is the proper time to visit a doctor for medical checks? is it right now while filling forms and uploading scanned evidences? or should I submit and wait for them to email me about the right time ?

You should do medical checks first and upload info sheet from doctor. It's imposible submit application without medical results
