Same Employer, same NOC but over years different work locations(countries). Any one has experienced such scenario, Shall there be multiple reords of Employment or single can work.
I have kept single record, but after ITA while filing full application can I add multple lines each location? I will get only one reference letter from the company.
Any suggestions?

You should get them soon. Usually Biometrics and medical status changes at the same time.
