Study permit refusal..PLEASE HELPP ITS EMERGENCY

I am refusing your application on the following grounds:
• Not satisfied that applicant is a bona fide intending student.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be accompanied by a new processing fee.

No time i will take defreall letter for April intake as my university has intake in April will apply online now

i had applied offline(Bangalore) same profile as mine for my friend 80% same from intermediate , degree,job all same for both even given same sop he got approved he applied online (Ottawa)

You may have same 'everything' but there will be something different. Individual cases will always be different. Moreover, his case is online, which means his application will definitely be handled by a different visa office in conjunction with a local office. Try to improve your SOP and documents submitted in support of your previous application.
