Hi Guys. My AOR is Nov 1 2019 and I got MEP and BIL by 5 Dec. I have called CIC and they said that my file has moved to NDVO. I tried checking my status on ECAS but it says thay cannot locate me with the info I provided. Can anyone shed some light on this and help to u derstand next few notifications which I can expect.
Our Spouse Sponsorship application status is: Transferred to NDVO, got AOR2 and awaiting further Pre-Arrival/PPR/DM. Timeline is given below.
We are thinking of applying for Visit Visa as spouse sponsorship applicatin is taking time.
Question: If Visit Visa gets rejected, do we need to update the Spouse Sponsorship application about this rejection? Will it impact the main Spouse Sponsorship application in any manner?
App received - June 26
AOR1 - Aug 20
BR fees request - Aug 22
SA email - Aug 22
Medical Req - Aug 23
Medical complete - Aug 28
Bio Req - Sept 5
Bio Complete - Sept 9
File Transfer - Oct 28
AOR2 - Nov 21
No you don't need to tell them about the visa rejection if it happens after you submitted the PR application
They will know it automatically since its recorded in their system. And once they pull out client information while assessing the file, it would show up
You may try, it won't impact your current application.
But chances are low because they don't count spouse as a genuine visitor. They know spouses won't return back.
I know many apply for TRV in the meantime, but only a small percentage
gets approved
