Pre-arrival come only after they finished your eligibility , The % in gckey have nothing to do with it.

I am aware of that.

Though I just wanted to know if the % is the same for all of those who received pre-arrival letter.

The % in GCKey shows how much your application has progressed, and I wanted to know if it’s at the same level for those who receive pre arrival or not, and now I know.

Rest assured my friend ….NDVO is currently working on MAY and JUNE files.
I am MAY applicant ..... still waiting for update after file transferred to NDVO

I have noticed in this thread that many MAY applicants and few JUNE applicants received pre-arrival recently.

So hang in there,,, you are not late. Your turn would come in July August batch

Once the background security check is complete, you will automatically receive DM+PPR
The duration of security check is not same for all and the point when they start it also differs. It's a mandatory internal procedure
This is the reason why everybody doesn't receive PPR email within any specific time frame

And the letter say all about using the govt resources and how to start life in canada. And if the embassy is not satisfied with my background and are still looking for more than why would they send this letter. And I haven’t seen anyone who got the pre arrival and then later got problem with background or any kind. Getting a pre arrival do mean that the work on your file is done. Now you have wait in the queue to get PPR.

Yes you are right, almost everyone pass security.... no doubt about that ... but its a mandatory internal procedure they have to conduct
through various agencies.
You may even check your GCKEY account, it will give you clear idea whether your security check has started or completed. And mind it,
once your security check says completed in GCKEY account, DM PPR would be within days.

I contacted IRCC to thorough our local MP in regards to my application status. My MP received reply within 24 hours.
The whole process has 4 components ----- Medical, Criminality, Eligibility, Security, Out of these four security takes longer

Pre-arrival means 3rd component Eligibility is passed

Pre-arrival means your relationship is assessed and you have passed Eligibility
Now whenever the security check is compete , you will automatically receive DM PPR

Well .. it is what it is. We can't force them to speed up the process

Yes that's the same case , your security check is pending. May be its started but not completed yet.
Once its completed you will receive PPR

Hello.i m april 2019 candidate and i am unable to track my file and my file is transfereed to ndvo on 25 june and after that i cant receive any information from ndvo and i cant track my file on cic.gc.in website i am worried about this please help me thanks in advance

We forgot to submit the information of USA non immigrant visa refusal in our file. We got mail from Delhi embassy.they put 16(1) section over the file nd and asked us to reply within 30 days. We already got the pre-arrival letter.we have also sent the reply of misrepresentation. My question is that what are the chances of getting visa?

First of all, embassy’s can’t refuse your visa if your marriage is genuine. All that can happen is they may delay your file processing a little from others. And if you have submitted the info they asked. You are all good.
