Hi there,

Can someone please tell me how many more months usually takes to decide Family Sponsor Case once application moved from Case Processing Center Sydney, Canada to London VO ?
Just wondering, what is common practice to receive a letter from London VO to submit your passport for visas, after how many months it takes ?
Finger Prints, Criminal Background and Medical all done.
I have recently received a letter from CPC Sydney that your file has sent to London Office for further processing.
The main applicant who sponsored already got PR, he has applied for his family, his family is still in Pakistan.

2 months to 7 months I hope and wish that you get your file transferred early

Seems like they’ve stopped processing applications. I was so hopeful.
Last two weeks have been dead.

Lucky are those whose applications by stroke of luck were processed in the first two weeks of November.

Christmas month is coming, I don’t any agent will be working mid December to mid January. Party mode

It is said LVO becomes slow in dec ? So anyone have any idea from when does their working slow down and till which date of jan they dont work ?

Yeah that’s true ... it got better from the past
But still it’s unfair process for most cases I am March applicant and April may gets transfer and dm’s how is it even fair ...
The process is making someones life like hell

Yea. Mine transferred after a little over 8 months.

Mine was transferred in 10 months

They have no standard procedure. Mine transferred but I still didn't receive biometrics request.

When did u submit your application. I did mine in January .

It is good news that you got your file transferred finally. Now you will get AOR2 which mean LVO is going to process your file and once you passed the PreArrival you will get PPR within a week

We both are the same date applicant so I am hopeful everything will be done within a month for both us InShaaAllah

My file transferred on the same day as you but no AOR2 yet.

Yea i have seen many jan applicants.
They are going really slow with them.. even we get our biometric after transfer .. yes i have recieved biometric request but nothing after that..it would be better if we had submitted our application in feb or march

I havent even received the biometric request
They are following some very hap-hazard process
