Can anyone give an idea for how long it takes usually after file is transfered to London office? May 06 applicant file transfered today....

Cant comment 100% with a fixed timeline. Generally you will receive AOR2 within 2 to 4 weeks of file transfer. If no additional docs are asked they will send you pre-arrival within 2 to 3 weeks and PPR potentially a week after that. But if they ask for additional docs then process can extend.

no.. It only means that your file is progressing and if everything passes, then you will get PPR

The answer is No. there has to be a 90 day gap in between date of notice and date of failure of conciliation, IRCC looks at this very closely.
example: if you date of failure of conciliation is 01-February-2016; the date of notice should reflect 01-November-2015.

Thank you very much. If the second marriage took place in 2017 almost 2 years from the date of issuance of divorce certificate, does it still matter that date of failure of conciliation was not correct. do i need to correct it? I am worried if i get a corrected certificate now , divorce might be considered effective on date of registration for visa officer.

12 months is the estimated timeline within which IRCC claims to complete 80% of the cases received. This starts from the day they receive your documentation.

she said they r currently working on security and the file is held by an officer
So he will transfer whenever it’s ready

Yes because now security check at the Sydney once you clear your security check then your file will be transferred to LVO within a month or two

Just received pre arrival. Tomorrow i will go for my biometric. How long everything may take? Does this mean my application is checked?

After prearrival once you give them a Biometric you'll get PPR within a week congrats and good luck.

I am also 15th April applicant, file transferred to LVO today.
When you got your file transferred to LVO?
What is AOR2? and any idea about DM? what is this, as I have seen people mentioning it.

It is good news that you got your file transferred finally. Now you will get AOR2 which mean LVO is going to process your file and once you passed the PreArrival you will get PPR within a week

We both are the same date applicant so I am hopeful everything will be done within a month for both us InShaaAllah

my form which i typed and took scan and signed and then back to pdf is 11.7mb data how will i send it on webform
