Just called ircc today :

Was told by the agent that background check is still ongoing... she's not sure how long will it take to get it done. But, she said once it done they'll issue PPR. Currently, eligibilty and medical passed.

For example....

Inland OINP. It's still too early anyway. We'll probably receive MR by December or January. So, all we can do is just wait.
