How long after receiving the correspondence letter for biometrics, do you receive an answer?

More Document Request: Feb 15, 2019 i didn't get this letter in my email, they sent it to wrong email waited 7 months and finally decided to email them so they sent a letter again asking notice of assessment doesn't have a name on it. So sent it Oct 1, 2019.
Medical Request: Oct 12, 2019
Medical Done: Oct 15, 2019
Medical Passed: Nov 1, 2019
Biometric Validty Letter: Nov 20

I completed my biometric on 15th Oct received correspondence letter on 16th oct.But my application is still in process.
What should i do?
I mailed embassy i received mail stating decision has been made but application status is same as before.

I wanna share my experience and the timeline (paper based)


Oct 28: I submitted my application at VFS, biometrics and photo was taken. Btw, I did medical upfront last sept so the results were already out ahead of time

Oct 28: They received my application

Oct 29: My application is under process at IRRC.

October 30: Received an email stating that my biometrics is approved and valid for 10 yrs

Nov 4: Study permit to Canada is approved. They informed me that my passport is ready for pick- up.

Hello, how did you go about the upfront medicals? I'm looking to ask my nephew to go do his. He submitted is Study permit application on October 24 and got a correspondence letter November 24th.

I applied for business visa and my biometric on same day 20th of August at Ghana Vfs office in person and on 19th of oct I was asked to update my bank statement with the recent one which I did , and on 13th Nov , I got message that my biometric Validity is valid for 10 years and on the 19th of Nov when I tracked my application online I was told that my passport is available for pick up that was four business day am planning to go ON Monday but I want to to know is there any possibility that The application was approved ? Thank
