its in english but mother’s name (Primary applicant) listed only first name and middle name (which in our country middle name is the last name before marriage). I don't have baptismal and my school permanent record only my father’s name is listed. What else i can provide?

For our case, on sponsor's birth certificate, mother's first name was only included, no last name. but on passport and other documents both first name and last name were entered.
So we had a legal document notarized that this person "First name" is same as "First name and last name"..

please clarify to me if that's normal that I still haven't got AOR. Its been three weeks since ECAS had been activated. Today the status changed to "in process". Still no AOR?
Have there been cases like that?
Do i Call them? Don't want to panic and bug them but not sure how to take it yet.

My application was received on June 13th, Not Aor yet, today I called to CIC , the agent gave a number for my father's application that start with F000...., is that correct? the agent didnt gave me more information than that.... .

This is so frustrating, No updates since my file was received on June 20th. Not even ECAS, wonder how long I have to wait for un update

It's not usual. But as you are in IP, I wouldn't bother about it. Did you tried to link it? You should see the File no from myCIC. AoR is only relevant for the file no.
