At this pace it will take more than 3 months to get an AOR

Is it related to October election? Maybe they are using all their power for election 2019!

Hello. So I have a question. I sent my application July 10, 2019. Supposed to be received July 16, 2019. Physical presence was 1105 days. Application sent from Edmonton. I moved after so sent email trying to update my mailing address. Received reply September 13th that they found my account (possibly from time I applied for PR) but didn't find my application for citizenship and advised me to contact postal office I used to send my package. Here I'm thinking maybe because I didn't get AOR I'm not in the system yet and should wait another few weeks or my application was lost for good? Hoping for your help.

I think it is because there is no AOR yet. Do send another email when you get your AOR

It seems likely that they just didn't open your application yet, so you're not in the system.
Did you get a signature when it was received?
