File transferred to Manila? But the letter was from CPC-M

Hello there.

Did your SA letter mention that your file was being transferred to Manila?

My letter says that our application will be processed in CPC-M despite my mom being in the Philippines and I am not her representative.

Can't wait for the day I'll come and write I got Dm and SA email.
Genuniely Cant wait ( Crying )
This decision for a lot of us I'm sure is life changing!

May Allah puts mercy in the Visa officers heart and approves all of us this week too!

It is indeed life changing, giving the PR to our parents and having them set for life, there is no better way to give them back all they did for us

@robertp : Question: To get PCC from the CGI in Toronto, the person being sponsored would have to a) be here in Canada, and b) provide proof of residence, right? But how would they provide proof of residence if they're just here on a visit?

Also, can you update the tracker please? Just received SA email/ letter today (but no DM on my CIC).
Biometrics & Medical in progress. My mom is doing her Bio & Medicals in Minneapolis (visiting my brother there).

you have to check DM and In process in Ecas ( not in MyCIC)
to get PCC from CGI - parents must be in Canada. address proof you can give your address proof.

can you check sponsor side Ecas and let me know what is your in process date. click on Decision made in sponsor side application and check

Yup. It specifically said "will be forwarded to Manila for further processing". They're all in PH and I'm representative, but file still went to Manila. I don't know if that's an advantage or not.
