In terms of form 5406 Additional Family Information, if I need a second page for Brothers and Sisters, should I just add another page? Do I need to write a letter of explanation?

Use 2nd copy of same form (IMM5406) to add more member. No need to write explanation.
( Don’t forget to sign 2nd copy too. )

Kuljit, why did they ask for travel history form, didnt you submit it with the application?

Along with consultation with Cardiologist as directed in e-medical notes, she had to undergo ECHO, ECG and Stress ECHO. Due to back and forth communication between e-file notes and doctor comments my parents had to visit Mohali almost every week, until all the details were clarified according toe-medical comments against IME# and tests recommended by Cardiologist. He wrote his opinion only after all the recommended observations and tests were done. So due to traveling from our home town to Mohali (City in India), my parents had to re-book appointments every week and after 5 weeks or 5 visits we got doctor's opinion report.

Hard time. Hope we all get through this.

My father had to do an angiogram during his PGP medical. They saw something in the ECG report. Thank God they did. His arteries were blocked and we would not have been found out if they didn't go through that medical. After the angiogram, he put a ring (stent) and re-do the angiogram. With the updated result, he went to the panel physician and passed the test. Took about 2 months.

Thank you bdidol for this information. It’s kind of similar case as my dad. However, in my case, my dad went through angiogram in June 2019, after we applied in April 2019. He’s good now but not the same person as he was before. It’s taking time for him to recover.

Any updates for you guys after passing IME? I am in similar situation however most of you have passed IME before me.
Wondering what CIC is processing after Medicals passed?

Mine primary applicants status changed to application recieve from in process last week .and DM on sponsorship approval as of 20 August .but no medical no bio till now.i have submitted my dad's military book and Ex service men ID along with PCC from Back home and US too.along with app .i m surprise no bio before DM for sponsorship. Please advice what documents u submitted for military with application and what they are asking to submit now

I submitted my father military posting date and year and NDVO asking me same information again.

Would be glad if you guys have an opinion about the next question.
My mother is in Canada on a visitor visa. We extended it a few times applying for a visitor record. Now I need to apply again to extend her status. And I have no news from CIC about sponsorship application (no AOR yet). Should I apply for a new record as usual? Should I mention that we have applied for PR for my mother?

I even don't know what the status of my application yet, I used lawyer to file the application. Still no news if the application was received or not, all I know is he had sent my application around 17th June.
