No, ones CIC new AoR batch will run it will sent AoR to all who's Ecas available.
dont know when AoR batch will run again ( high chance tonight )

My dad got email notification that there are new messages in his CIC account. There is no change in e-cas and no SA yet. May be in the next 2-3 days. But we are so relieved. I hope everyone awaiting movement from In Process to DM gets it soon.
