BC is a lot more straightforward, online application for medical, premium eliminate starting Jan 2020. Use PR card to apply for provincial ID, medial card (service card) and SIN. New PR card is now only 11 days according to IRCC, will update once I receive it.

I give you the exact wording. My letter has other documents than PCC, and doesn't apply to everyone.

Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate.
This must be received at this office by: (30 days of letter issue)

Hello guys,

My parents are here in Canada on super Visa and I have used the current Canadian address while filling the application. But I got the SA approval letter with New Delhi as visa office and the reason mentioned is that it is selected based on relative's home address.

I was under assumption that if the parents are in Canada, processing will be done at Mississauga.

Anyone with similar situation whose file is not processed in Mississauga even though their parents are in Canada.

Did you file the representative form? My take is that if the representative is in Canada, you get Mississauga else New Delhi. Anyways, don't worry New Delhi may be faster right now because they are requesting Medicals and PCC together whereas Mississauga is only requesting ME. See tracker

I am in exact same situation! Didn’t receive Biometric as probably they realize my mom is in Canada but transferred file to New Delhi!!! It seems New Delhi has slower processing

New Delhi is faster as they will request ME and PCC together. See tracker. If you did not file the representative form, you are likely to get New Delhi.

Request for hand written signature on form 5669 was received today, August 27. As well as they request the death certificate of dad.
Do I email them the additional documents ? They want them via email or mail. So no web form? Might take me a few days to get the certificate translated and notarized.
With this request of additional documents is our application being consider

For QC applicant IME and PCC will put on hold until CSQ and undertaking not clear.
