Considering the information provided at the time of application, I am not satisfied that pursuing studies in Canada is reasonable at this time and, as such, that you meet section 216 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations..
on 14 August.. My profile, i have done my senior secondary in 2015 with arts and humanities and after that i have gap of 2 years 16-17 and in 2018 i passed out 1 year iti diploma in carpenter trade.. my band score 6.5 overall not less than 6. i was working with agent and i applied offline. i went for genral arts and science course in sault college ,Ontario..i did everything like whatever my agent said to me ,i mean all the required documents, i provided him. i read sop but yes he had not justified my gap.. I'm totally confused please help me out..

You already have a diploma, i you explain why you need another diploma? And did you explain why the change of fields from carpentry to general arts and science (like do you perhaps have an work experience in the field you applied for and hence the need to develop in that area academically? or is there a link (which you explained) between arts and humanities (high school) and the general arts and science course? You need to show how the course you are going to pursue is relevant to your past/current work experience or past studies, and how it suits to your future plans.

Actually i wanted to enroll in carpentry course but that time my consultant refused me by saying you can't get admission in carpentry course because it is just 1 year diploma.. Afterwards i choosed this program on behalf of my secondary education.. But i know my agent spoiled everything as he not mentioned why I'm changing field after diploma and i had not much knowledge regarding this.. But what to do now i'm totally blind..
Also note that they mentioned that you did not meet section 216 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations. I might be wrong but that paragraph is about being accepted to undertake a program of study at a DLI. Are you sure your agent submitted everything? Including an acceptance letter? I would suggest you order your notes to find out exactly why you were refused, before reapplying.
