i got refusal (study permit)

Hello
i want to apply for Canada study visa.i did my +2 in arts with 56% marks in 2017. In 2020 i applied for Canada study permit but i got refusal after a year.Now i got overall 6.5 and not less than 6 can i reapply? i didn't cover my gap with anything in previous file.
now i completed my graduation can i show that
please let me know what to do.

10th 54% in 2015
+2 in arts with 56% in 2017
IELTS overall 6.5 not less than 6.0
i didn't fill any gap in my previous file they said you will not leave canada at the end
my last course was early childhood education

So the reason was not leave Canada…why? What course are you wanting to take in Canada? You need to show career and education progression as well as funds, ties to home country, language etc. Grades are low so that may be an issue.
