After your file got transferred to LVO, when did you get an email from them confirming they got your application?

Hello members,
My wife received her medical request three days before i-e on 18 Feb 2019 but my son application is still in progress i had applied for all the family members on the same date so how much time it would take for my son to receive his medical request assuming from my wife 's timeline? LVO

Did anyone submit a Family Registration Certificate (FRC) with their application? Or did IRCC ever request this later on when processing the application?

I submitted FRC, but don't know if it a required document. Better to have than not.
