They check eligibility of pa, background check... if was not done before, also ask for medical and biometrics. Sometimes if have some concerns interview.
At the end, decision made and passport request.

I have done biometric n medical before 2 months yesterday I received aor2?

congratulations i got pre arrival on 24th of march 2019 but still no updates june 2018 applicant
