My wife received her medical request three days before i-e on 18 Feb 2019 but my son application is still in progress i had applied for all the family members on the same date so how much time it would take for my son to receive his medical request assuming from my wife 's timeline? LVO

Yes you should get email or msg on your application from them confirming they got your application.

I submitted FRC, but don't know if it a required document. Better to have than not.
