PAL means that eligibility is passed, according to the officer.
Regarding the processing time after PAL, I said "According to statistics". There is no solid proof; however, statistics can always give some estimate.

And mostly its for outland applicant

I rang the cic today about my address change situation and they changed it over the phone thank god and they said eligibility is passed and security ( and he said back ground check and security same thing also)is not started yet even though they recieve my updated pc from home and rcmp finger print was recieved on 16th june 2 months ago any idea guys

My current mailing address by mistake changed to my old home address in ireland on ecas and i have representative he said they didnt do it thats why i rang them they even dont know

It’s been almost 3 weeks since a ghost update in July. Still no DM or PPR.

When did you get your pre arrival mail and for how long because PPR takes like 2 months and less sometimes after pre arrival. So if you are still within this range no problem at all

I see i got my pre arrival last july 30 means in 2 months wait time correct

May 28 2019 adr request rcmp and home country pcc updated
And day after pre arrival letter 29 may 2019
Adr submitted 16 june 2019 two months ago there was no medical request but in adr request there was reminder of medical but not official request then i still gave them upfront medical on 31st july (two weeks ago) hasnt been updated on there system
28th july 2019 status of adr was changed from uploaded to reviwing the adr
