First, just wanted to say thank you to everyone who replied to our threads and offered advice and help for us during this. Not sure where we would have been without the assistance!
We sent our application (outland) out to Sydney last week, now we are just waiting for it to be received.
What happens now? I know there are threads for it, I've had a few looks but can't find anything definitive. What is the process from here on out?

Does the AOR go to the PA or Sponsors nominated email address? Our application arrived in Sydney today, it was signed for, but I suspect we have a ways to go before AOR is issued.

Lightweight! Mine ran to over 60 pages (mainly loads of standard blurb from financial advisers, but important as both confirmed my intention was to return to Canada and discussed the best way of arranging finances to deal with this aim).

60 pages! Man, now that is something to write home about! The Mrs and I worked for about three days on our intent and included a detailed statement, our step by step plans from the moment we arrive, statements from family offering to put us up, financial breakdowns and budgets, projected budgets, contact with employers, recruiters etc etc. It was a marathon, that is for sure!

Sound commendably thorough! I had a lot of 'intent to prove' as I left Canada as a 13 year old and was returning as a 60 year old! Worked though and here I am.
