Can someone give any idea what to write in letter of intent for ontario if we dont have any relative in canada.
Second question: can we mention cousin as relative in our ties. He is my first cousin. I.e. son of my father's eldest brother.

For all the newcomers just an observation, people in the group only talk from experience and patterns. Its like stock trading when things go up everyone is excited and when things go down people are not upbeat. So try to improve your score apart from that you cant control much.

Seriously? Did you have to send your passport for getting US PCC? That's strange !! or am i missing something here?

Why don’t you go to a USPS and take a finger print for FBI, I got the e result on the same day!

440 is never going to happen. scores wont fall below 455 this year.

For you to state something like that, you must have some real good connections at CIC

Could you ask them to speed up applications? or have Leprechauns share their gold with the world?

But there is one point to consider... When the 31st May NOI people will get their 600 points and a draw will happen, then the CRS score is expected to shoot up.. I believe in that case 454 will be a game to reach.... Please correct me if I am wrong.. ...

Experts any advice on this please.....

A quick review :
I have submitted my application last week and having AOR 16th July, 2019 , however while reviewing - I have seen an error ( not sure its an error)
I have received my PCC from Spain , however in the PCC - the ministry has added 0 as Prefix to my Passport number like 0G7453234. When I sent an email to Ministry of Justice at Spain - they replied that the 0 was put to reach to 9 Digit as Indian passport has 8 digits, so their system can accept and issue the PCC .

May I know that is this a normal practice, or should I raise this to CIC and inform them on this attaching the email received from Ministry of Justice of Spain.

Yes, you can send a mail to IRCC attaching the communication received from Ministry of Justice at Spain, informing them the purpose of '0' prefixed in your Passport Number. IRCC might as well be aware of this practice by Spanish Govt.
