Thanks Kanvar80, but in the form it said if this is you country of origin you do not required a police certificate, it is not clear. In website they mentioned need police certificate, but in form it said does not need.
I have the same case and I didn't provide the certificate. Since, the application form was updated last month (2019-06), I considered it to be recent and decided not to provide PCC. Also, it should already be part of your PR application when you applied, so they already have it.
Currently late April and early May applicants are receiving AOR per the spreadsheet and threads. That tweet is 2 years old, the current average timeframe for AOR is around 70+ days.
Application sent - 16th July
Application delivered - 18th July
Physical Presence - 1127
Application ( Family of 2 )
Location - Brampton
AOR - NO IDEA...lol
sometimes they are slow to update their website. Your app might already have transited to nova Scotia but they won't update until delivered.
If they don't deliver in the timeframe you paid for, you can file a complaint to Canada Post and get reimbursed. That would be that at least...
But for these important applications I never use Canada Post, I always use a courrier, this time we used Purolator.
Agreed i would suggest not to use Canada post as i got my application delayed by almost 2 week. Though do file refund online at Canada post once your application is delivered. I got refund back atleast they were on time for that

thanks to @irishibanez for updating the spreadsheet for July 2019 applicants, like @amjad1002 and @kanwar80 I also made a permission request to edit the spreadsheet, but got not replies.
