1. I hope we are all doing well. My file was transferred to etobicoke last month for further assessment.
2. Im currently not working and I'm struggling financially. I live with my 1 year old son and common-law partner.
   
   I have done many research on file transferred to etobicoke and apparently it seems it will take another 8 months to go through this struggle. My girlfriend ( the sponsor) is currently not working due an injury and will be going to surgery soon.. I also didn't get work permit because i had no status and have to wait still i get AIP.
   
   Now I'm thinking of going to my country to work and withdraw the application and resend it outland.
   
   DO any body think this will be a negative impact on the application if withdraw and resend outland?

You are out of status and you have a past criminal record and that's why your file got transferred, withdrawing and applying outland wouldn't make it any easier and it won't get you the PR faster or anything because of your criminal history, you need to see an immigration lawyer
You can withdraw the application anytime, it's better if you seek professional help first to know what is best to do

Today is says Decision Taken

Why would it change??? Anyone seen this before?

Hmmm, sorry for my stupid question. But I've seen people said they receive updates on the sponsor side, but how do you see that on GCkey?
Because when I tried to link my application, I was asked to only use the PA's information, not the sponsor.

I know but I always see the warning that do not call if your application hasn't passed the normal processing time, so I'm a bit hesitating

No don't worry about that, many people call them to hear updates including me so no worries

Can I ask when did you get your CSQ?
My application is 1 week before you but I haven't even received my Med Request. My CSQ was issued Feb 1st, 2019
