Received PFL on 2nd April 2019 then wait wait wait March 2018 applicant

what was the reason for PFL ? and how long did they respnse after your reply to PFL ?

Can you define Humanely? Does Saudi allow you to become a Saudi Citizen?

1. You can start with Nikkah only case. At least your file will be in Queue. Once you have rukhsati, send proof voluntarily to the case officer. That is what I did and there was no issue.
2. I am not an expert on that matter. But you will have to be in canada to sponsor her.
3. Live with her in Saudia/Pakistan. Canada is not forcing you to live in Canada. You can apply but getting visit visa in not guaranteed. In most cases it is usually rejected.

I am planning to move to canada early next year and simultaneously get married. I am not forced to live in Canada but I am definitely forced to live without my wife for a year or so is what shocked me.
The delay is what I referred to as inhumane. If a policy or rule of law is unjust then it should be voiced which is what I did here.

Canada is far better than Saudi and that's why I applied and plan to move there.

u r oct 2018 applicant n got medical request late i think..most oct 2018 applicants file r already transfered to lvo..some nov n dec 2018 applicants r waiting for file transfers n all the 2019 applicants as well

so after the files gets transferred, what happens next? anyone know how long it takes..im still waiting for some movement to happen..we have a newborn baby and my husband is missing out on it. he passed the medical in march, and already completed biometrics-its so frustrating .

if u file is already transfered to lvo then u jst have to wait sadly all cases varies..when did u apply? did u email lvo?

do u see a line under PA side on ecas that says we started processing ur application on so n so date? PA can call cic n ask abt where ur file is or u can order gcms notes n confirm that way
