This is not very encouraging.
The whole process is biased depending on the country the PA is from. It's 2019 common!

No file transfers for any Pakistani applicant on this forum since at least January onward, have notice a few from December pending as well.

This is really frustrating.. Dont know how long we hv to wait for file transfer nd then no idea how long would LVO take to process further...

Ours similar case. Remedicals mean, case is almost complete. You will get PPR. within 3 weeks.

can someone tell me please if our 12 month period starts from file received date or when they give us the file number after 45 to 50 days? thanks for your help.

file received. So mine is from September 10 2018 to September 10 2019 and that's the date when they received it.
