It surprises me that you have been waiting for close to month for PPR. Is PPR issued by Islamabad consulate or LVO? I am waiting for my ppr, it has been almost 4 days since DM.
i got passport request today. Am a Nigerian living in Sweden, so i will be sending my passport to London for COPR

Almost everyone here from Pakistan is in the same boat. It's applicants from other countries (mostly India) whose files are moving real fast.
it sucks but we can't do much but wait.

Atleast they should inform where our file is?
You should consider that your file is still being processed in Sydney unless you receive some kind of notification. Also they are not legally bound to inform at any point as the estimated processing time is already published.
Good luck, hope it eases out for all of us.
